"Ride" On...

I don't know whether we should be proud parents or embarrassed for not teaching Ethan to ride a bike before now. (I only feel bad because we taught Brax when he was 3 & Ethan is 5). Just a little explanation for our procrastination...Last summer was extremely crazy with the move & now Ethan's bike has a flat that needs to be fixed.

We have been telling Ethan that we would teach him as soon as his bike was fixed because Braxton's bike was a little too big to learn on.  Well, on Saturday Braxton decided to prove us wrong.  He taught Ethan to ride a bike.  Yes, our 7 year old taught our 5 year old how to ride a bike.

What a great teacher....
and brother!
Way to go, E!

Unpredictable Sunday!

On Sunday, just before church,  I was looking for Kaden.  This is where I found him.....
After, I found him he proceeded to say "I'm sick, Mommy".  I can't believe the things this 3 year old comes up with.  What a hilarious kid. For the past little while he has been coming up with excuses to stay home from church, which makes every Sunday very unpredictable.

Easter

Our Easter was pretty chill.  We went to a neighborhood Easter egg hunt on Saturday.
We set out a little treat for the Easter Bunny....Carrots were a must, but the boys weren't sure what to give him to drink.  Everyone likes Diet Coke right?

On Sunday,  we had a little egg hunt of our own.  The boys loved searching the yard for all the eggs.  Then, we made brownies in the shape of bunnies & chicks and topped them off with some vanilla ice cream.

All in all, we had a Happy Easter! (and we hope all of you had the same!)

Photo-Shoot

Landon's 1 year Photo-Shoot

While I was in Utah visiting, Landon had his 1 year photo shoot.  Evan's brother & sister-in-law Jamie were nice enough to take them for me.  They took over 100 pictures & gave me a CD of the raw ones.  I edited them once I got back so, these are my results.  Let me know what you think.  These were a few of my favorites.
By the way, I didn't plan on being in any of the photo's & was a little reluctant at first, but I am glad I have them.

Thanks Daniel & Jamie for taking the time to take Landon's pictures!
